Ms. Rubenstein maintains a practice involving all aspects of civil litigation, including discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, mediations, trial preparation and trial, post-trial motions and appeals.

Ms. Rubenstein has a specialty in environmental law and litigation. She has experience with environmental compliance, permitting, administrative appeals, and rulemaking efforts, working with clients on Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act matters. She also has assisted clients with waste cleanup and cost-recovery actions, and has both pursued and defended benzene toxic tort cases.
